Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely. As part of the sign-up process we will help you register your own domain name or transfer an existing
domain name to our servers.

Is it safe to accept customers' credit cards over the Internet?
Yes, E-Commerce Exchange uses SSL encryption and processes transactions through a secure payment gateway. Your
customers' information will be securely encrypted throughout the process.

Can ECX stores work with my existing merchant account?
We can work with many merchant account providers. But, we prefer to use our systems, QuickCommerce™ and
QuickCommerce PRO™, as they have been specifically integrated into our stores.

What if I don't have a merchant account yet?
We can help you get a merchant account that is suited to your business. As part of the sign-up process we will help you
apply for one here.

Can I use my existing web design?
Sure. Simple templates make it easy to build your store to look exactly the way you like.

Do I have to enter my products individually?
No. While you can enter products one at a time, you can also import a database with your products in it.

Do I need special software to run my store?
No. You can manage your store from any web browser with internet access.

Do I have to commit to a long term contract?
You may cancel your Store Hosting Service whenever you like. While you don't have to agree to a set period of time for
store hosting, you do need to agree with our license agreement. However, if you choose the lease option for Web Site
Construction and/or Payment Gateway and Merchant Account setup, you will be committing to a fixed term as outlined in the
lease agreement.

Can I generate reports on my store's business?
Yes. Your store gives you the tools you need to monitor and manage your store. You will have access to detailed tracking
and reporting and you can export to QuickBooks and other applications to integrate your store with your current business
tools.

Can I keep the rest of my site on my own server and have the store on ecxmall.com?
Yes. It is easy to have links in your web site to us for the purchase process.
